Overview

A high-fidelity immersive VR simulator for emergency responder training and fire hazard drills.

The Challenge

Simulating fire, smoke propagation, and extinguisher physics in real-time VR without causing motion sickness (requires constant 90 FPS on standalone headsets).

The Solution

We designed a standalone Meta Quest VR application with highly optimized particle systems for fire and smoke, and interactive hand-tracking gestures for extinguisher activation.
