Displaying fabric textures (velvet, leather, woven cotton) realistically in real-time WebGL is difficult due to texture tiling and lighting constraints. It also needed to integrate with their existing pricing database.
We developed a lightweight Three.js customizer. Custom fabric normal maps and roughness parameters were tuned to render photorealistic materials, and a reactive pricing engine recalculates the cost based on size, fabric tier, and options.
