A premium interactive virtual tour developed for a high-end luxury loft apartment, allowing prospective buyers to explore and customize the space in real-time.
Traditional static renders failed to capture the sense of scale and the panoramic views. Buyers also wanted to visualize different interior design packages, layout options, and finish choices, which would have required rendering hundreds of static images.
We developed a photorealistic, real-time 3D walkthrough application using Unreal Engine. The app was deployed via pixel streaming to the web, allowing buyers to freely navigate the entire apartment and change materials dynamically.
