Problem

Creating a 3D visualization for a housing society is a difficult task. Oasis only had architectural plans and didn’t know how the idea would look when turned to reality. Moreover, creating a 3D visualization of such a level required expertise. In order to display the project in a better way to their customers, Fully Interactive Solutions was required.

Solution

Since our 3D artists had access to the Architectural Drawings right from the beginning, They were able to provide a complete simulation of the society with the options below mentioned.

• Modeling and texturing, including all of the society’s components;
• Putting up an environment for the society that is in keeping with the references.
• Incorporating lighting effects into the 3D scene.
• Adjusting the position of the camera to the desired angle.
• Modifying the parameters in preparation for rendering.
• Visualization of key features and amenities of society.
• All Categories Villas were displayed and Highlighted as per their locations.

Result

An excellent Interactive 3D Society was created with all the details of the project which were used to display for clients. Sales and Marketing team experienced a great tool which helped them display project to their clients in Real Time. Clients were able to see the future planning of the project and how it will look like after developments.
